FansAlways is an annual pre-season campaign that allows football supporters to show their support for their club before the first whistle of the season. Users can:
Check in for free — register as a supporter of a club for the 2026/2027 season at no cost.
Become the 12th Man — make a one-time payment of £12 to show a deeper commitment and contribute to the club's Passion Rate ranking.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment on FansAlways. By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
Each user may support only one club per season. Once a club is selected, it cannot be changed for the current campaign period.
The 12th Man membership costs £12 (GBP) per season. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. FansAlways does not store your card details.
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
All purchases on FansAlways are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital membership for the current season and that no refunds will be issued once the transaction is complete.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
FansAlways commits to donating 12% of annual net profit to youth and grassroots football initiatives. This commitment is made in good faith and does not constitute a contractual obligation to any individual user.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. FansAlways reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on fansalways.com, including logos, text, and design, is the property of FansAlways Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
FansAlways is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FansAlways Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
