Account data: When you register, we collect your full name and email address.
Support data: The club you support and whether you are a free supporter or 12th Man.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. FansAlways does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address from Stripe.
Usage data: Standard web analytics such as pages visited and time spent on site.
We use your data to: provide and manage your FansAlways account; process payments and send confirmation emails; display anonymised supporter statistics in the live ranking; and communicate important updates about the campaign.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of: contract (to deliver the service you signed up for); legitimate interests (to operate and improve our platform); and consent (for any marketing communications).
Supabase — used for authentication and database storage. Data is stored on servers within the EU.
Stripe — used for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Resend — used for transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts).
Cloudflare — used for website hosting and security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@fansalways.com.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and data portability.
